Our services include:

• First Consultation: A complete hour and a half assessment of your hearing in general and also your specific communication needs.
• Personalised Fitting: We customise your hearing devices just for you. This includes speech mapping and an in-depth ‘sound studio’ experience where appropriate. We do all of this in a relaxed 60 minute session.
• Check-up and Review Sessions: These are up to 6 half hour sessions to record your progress, provide rehabilitation, and fine-tune your devices for best performance.
• Bi-annual Recalls: Gain peace of mind with 30-minute appointments, twice a year, for comprehensive checks, cleaning, and adjustments. This ensures your equipment stays in optimal condition throughout the warranty period.
• Annual Re-assessment: An annual check-up to make sure your hearing is still OK, about 45 minutes.
• Loan Service: We provide loan hearing aids if your hearing aids need repairs.
• Earwax Removal: We do expert earwax removal by using microsuction, irrigation, or gentle instrumentation. We can do it here at our practice or in the comfort of your home.
• Tinnitus Clinic: Specialised management techniques and support for tinnitus.
• Home Visits: We are pleased to offer home visits if you can’t get to the centre.
